The main objective is to usher grass-root good governance as we need to understand that democracy is a process and not an end in itself. Governance here means that power is shared to identify and address issues individually and collectively, chart out suitable action plans and implementing and evaluating them. Social Entrepreneurship and Joy Street Management are initiatives to educate, promote, organize, network and empower grass root servant leadership at the local level to be trained as independent political leaders for their respective constituencies. Citizens should be made aware that joy and peace are everyone’s birthright but they cannot survive where there is envy, hatred, strife and violence except for one panacea through the unifying power of unconditional love and joy in the hearts and systems of the society.
